The Apprentice Decent Wage (ADW) pledge campaign is gathering momentum! Below are some of the organisations who have joined our national initiative. By joining our campaign you will be helping to address apprenticeship low wages, and by doing so, the number of candidates for apprenticeship vacancies across all sectors will increase.
We ask our members to sign our pledge to commit to:
Not to pay the apprentice minimum wage to apprentices but to pay them a fair and decent wage.
Encouraging other employers to participate in the campaign
Playing your part in addressing fair wages for apprentices
If you are an organisation that doesn’t have the budget to pay more than the apprentice minimum wage set by Government you are pledging to working towards a higher wage for apprentices in the future

Intermediary – members:
These can be consultants, training providers, professional bodies or membership groups, individuals or large companies and charities. This is the route for any of those groups who don’t directly employ apprentices but who offer services in the sector or have an interest in helping us raise the awareness of the campaign.
We would like to welcome members from of all sizes from all sectors. Membership is free and open to anyone who is committed to our pledge. To join you simply follow these simple steps to becoming a member.
STEP 1
We ask our Intermediary members to sign our pledge to commit to:
Encouraging other Intermediaries and employers to participate in the campaign
Raise awareness of the campaign through their interactions with employers and other intermediaries
Make the campaign known to those looking for apprenticeships
Playing your part in addressing fair wages for apprentices
Where possible offer to help us support employer- members through creation of resources or support information, or by providing case studies of how you have helped raise awareness of the campaign
